Who we are
Definitech is one of Australias’ leading independent service and repair companies for Broadcast and Professional AV equipment. Definitech provides service and support to a wide array of clients varying from public broadcasters, production companies, private corporations and small businesses.
Located at Seven Hills, Definitech is central to serving the Sydney metropolitan area. Definitech is an Authorised Service Centre (ASC) for Sony, JVC, Mitsubishi Electric and Panasonic Professional Products.
Our Philosophy
Definitech has built its high reputation by supplying professional, high quality repairs and service with minimum fuss. The driving force behind our success is our integrity and quality of work.
One of our main goals is to provide efficient service and rapid turn around on repairs. To achieve this we carry a large range of spare parts. In the event of repair delays we endeavour to find alternate solutions including the supply of loan units for selected products.
Our Technicians
Our highly skilled technicians have extensive product knowledge across a multitude of brands and models. They have been fully trained in the operation of our wide range of test equipment and jigs enabling them to achieve the highest level repair outcomes.
Staff training is continuous. Technicians attend training courses offered by Sony, JVC Panasonic, AMX and many other companies on a regular basis. Further training is also performed using web based systems.
All technical staff have recognised trade qualifications with a minimum of 15 years each in the AV service industry. Our technicians have been factory trained to repair equipment manufactured by Sony, JVC, Panasonic Tandberg, Gentner, Clarity, BIAMP, Autopatch and many more.
