Workshop Service
Definitech services and repairs an extensive range of equipment which includes cameras, TV and DVD recorders, camcorders, tape machines, monitors, projectors, plasma and LCD monitors, video printers, network based security equipment, video conferencing equipment and much more.

Definitechs' workshop is fully equipped with broadcast level test equipment and service jigs. Including a dedicated area for repair to SMD (surface mount devices) electronic boards and lead free soldering, which are essential to perform component level repairs on today’s sophisticated Broadcast and Professional AV equipment.
 On–Site Service and Maintenance Contracts
Definitech offers site calls for AV systems and we have a range of Maintenance Contracts for AV systems and equipment. This includes remedial, routine maintenance and system operation training and tuning. Many of our current customers have offices nation wide and we offer them the same high quality service when interstate by utilising our national network partnerships, where business ideals and standards in line with ours.
